The requirements of the Billings Method are that women learn how to:
- apply three Early Day rules and one Peak rule
- keep a daily record
It is strongly recommended that women seek out their local Billings teacher
who has been accredited according to the standards of W.O.O.M.B.
International Inc. and Ovulation Method Research and Reference Centre
of Australia.
Instruction cost is kept low. After the initial presentation of about an hour duration follow up appointments, (at least one about a month later, with bi-weekly follow up at times when cycles are irregular: breastfeeding, pre-menopause, adolescence and coming off contraceptive medication), are expected until the couple are autonomous.
